Weekly Performance Snapshot

Traffic and conversion were softer and uneven during portions of the week, while all 25 shifts still reported at least some new subscribers.

The strongest shift featured a large inner-circle bundle sale to a new subscriber—the single biggest win of the period.

Reporting note: One overnight shift noted that a discount was not included in its reported total.

02

What Performed Best

  • Hardsells were the most consistent seller, appearing in 7 of 25 shifts and often paired with inner-circle content or IC codes.
  • Inner-circle content appeared as a top seller in 6 shifts, including the large bundle sale that drove the week’s strongest performance.
  • Solo content and solo bundles sold well in 4 shifts.
  • Live content and live-illusion formats were mentioned in 4 shifts.
  • Pictures, bundles, and a try-not-to-cum hardsell each appeared once as top sellers.

Audience Observations

New-subscriber response averaged 19.8%, but higher response did not always translate into stronger conversion.

The highest response rate was 60% on a shift with limited conversion, while the strongest sales shift recorded a 25% response rate. This indicates that conversation quality and purchase intent mattered more than response volume alone.

04

Content Opportunities

Subscriber-driven content demand was limited this week. Only 1 shift included a specific request: B/G anal content. All other shifts reported no content requests or left the field blank.

The clearer opportunity is to expand variations of the formats already converting—hardsells, inner-circle bundles, solo bundles, and live or live-illusion content.

05

Next-Week Focus

  • Prioritize hardsells and inner-circle bundle paths, building on their performance across 7 and 6 shifts respectively.
  • Continue testing solo bundles and live or live-illusion formats.
  • Evaluate conversation quality and purchase intent alongside response rate rather than relying on response volume alone.
  • Reconcile the shift-level discount omission before comparing reported totals.
